TRIPLE GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our course comes with a Qualification CashBack Guarantee. This guarantee is designed to give you the confidence in our training and product, and recoup some of your training costs once you have Qualified as a ADI.

This guarantee is subject to you meeting the following terms and conditions – That:

• you must have trained with BubbLe Driving School LTD ONLY from day one and conducted all training sessions with our instructors ONLY.
  
• you MUST follow the trainer’s teaching and advice explicitly, and meet any targets set, as well as engaged positively during your training with your allocated ADI trainer.
  
• maintain efficient communication with your ADI trainer and office support.
  
• all payments are up to date and made promptly when due with your franchise/and or hire car from BubbLe Driving School LTD.
  
• you present all completed BubbLe Driving School training materials upon request and as stated in your franchise agreement contract.
  
• you have signed up to the 2-year Full time franchise contract from the day you qualify as an ADI.
• you are offering a minimum of 30+hours in your working diary.
• you follow your obligations as stated in your franchise contract.
• cash back payments will be issued after completing a full year(52weeks). Cashback payments will be issued in the following increments. At the end of year 1 to the value of £500, and the end of year 2 of £250 with the option to a further £250 cashback.
• you hand in your resignation of your franchise contract at any time during year 1,2,or your resign open franchise contract in year 3 you will lose your right to claim any cashback. 
• you finish year 2 with BubbLe and you choose to sign up to our full time open franchise contract. And remain with BubbLe for a full 52 weeks of your third year, you will receive a further £250 cashback on-top of our £750 cashback guarantee from years 1 and 2**

** if instructor fails to meet any of these conditions laid out above or below during their first or second franchise year or leaves during their first or second franchise year will forfeit their cashback guarantee’s and will not be able to claim for a third year. Additionally leaving BubbLe driving School and rejoin later in time will forfeit their guarantees and any claim to them.

Once the initial right to cancel period has expired, you are bound by the terms of the contract laid out (except as described above).

• all payments are up to date and made promptly when due.
• you sign up to a 2 year franchise contract from when you qualify.
  
• you have done your training from start to finish with BubbLe Driving School LTD only.
• you present all completed BubbLe Driving School training materials upon request.
• you MUST be in possession of your ADI Licence.
• you are teaching minimum of 30 hours+ a week during your 2 year contract.
• all terms in your Driving School Franchise Agreement have been, and are being met in full.
• your recorded hours were conducted with our exclusive BubbLe ADI trainers only.
• any addational training sessions were conducted exclusivily with BubbLe Driving School LTD ADI Trainers only, unles autherised otherwise y our training department.
  
• you listened, followed and positively engaged with your ADI trainers during your training and followed their instructions advice, and guidance that was given.

Should you earn (gross) less than £39,000*, we will issue you your £750 cash back.

This will be paid in full no more than 30 days after receipt of your HMRC tax submission.

This guarantee is subject to you meeting the following terms and conditions – That:

• all terms in your Bubble Driving School Training Agreement have been/are met in full.
• all payments were/are up to date and made promptly when due.
• you presented all completed Bubble Driving School materials upon request as per the Bubble Driving School Training Agreement and Franchise Agreement.
• You sign up to our full time franchise and are offering 30+ working hours per week.
• You are flexible with your bookings with both client and office.
• you agree to and complete all promotional activity as required by the Driving School, including use of all marketing and promotional tools.
• you agree to send us a copy of your first self-assessment tax receipt.
• all terms in your Bubble Driving School Franchise Agreement have been/are met in full.

*gross income, (before deductions, running costs and franchise fee) this is based on a driving instructor teaching a minimum of 30+ teaching hrs per week at a rate of £62.00 by 41 teaching weeks of the year.


BubbLe Driving School LTD knows our industry very well, as well as earning potentials, working hours, clients and a lot more. Instructors are expected to listen to all advise, help, policy’s and structures given. These will policy’s, structure and industry knowledge we have put in place is to benefit all and maximize your income without it interfering your family time. By working together with us as your guidance, you can more than succeed in earning over £39+k (Gross) per year.

• BubbLe Driving School Ltd prefers to operate a pay as you go system for driving instructor training instead of taking large payments upfront. The only exception to this is the fee for your course books. If a candidate wanted to pay a large sum of their training costs through the office, instead of pay as you go to their trainer, the office will hold their money and release it in its entirety to the relevant ADI trainer.
  
  
• If a candidate decides to do intensive ADI training over a few weeks, rather than regular weekly training, the full fee will be released on the first day of their training to the designated ADI trainer.
  
  
• Any candidate who decides to change their training dates once booked into an ADI trainers diary for intensive training, which had been previously agreed between the candidate and the allotted instructor, may potentially lose their funds that have been paid. Or, if the trainer agrees the training sessions will be put on hold for up to eighteen months. This would mean that whatever training has been completed previously will be deducted from the fees paid and the remaining funds retained, ready for the candidate to continue their training with their allotted ADI trainer for a validity of eighteen months. Post this date the funds will be lost to the candidate. This is subject to our Intensive training clause regarding course cancelations and payments.
  
  
• Cancelling a training session, a minimum of seventy-two hours notice is required to the ADI trainer, which is required in a text to the ADI trainer and an email to our office sent to adi@bubbledrivingschool.co.uk.
  
  
• BubbLe Driving School Ltd ADI trainers follow a strict but friendly training program that we have used for many years with an excellent success record with all candidates. All of our ADI trainers are self-employed by BubbLe driving School LTD, accommodating instructor training involves major changes to the instructors regular working week diary and because of this, if any subsequent changes that are made the trainer is unable to work.
