We encourage our instructors to further develop themselves, whether this is via in house training or training with External Providers. Training can take on many forms, multi-skilling yourself, with the likes of the B+E trailer towing, Fleet Assessors, Or teaching in an Automatic? You may decide to Qualify as an ORDIT trainer (Official Register for Driving Instructor Trainers).
Many of our Instructors have jumped at the opportunity to Multi-Skill, We have several instructors who are qualified to deliver Fleet Assessments. BubbLe Instructors do not see themselves as '' just another driving instructor ''
So what does the Bubble Franchise entail we hear you asking, well:
- We offer two types of franchises, owned car, and supplied car.
- We are happy to offer either franchise for either an ADI or PDI.
- We will sponsor any PDI's who have trained with another company but are looking for work.
- Our Franchises are payable weekly (Most Affordable).
- We also offer your first two weeks of joining as franchise free to help you financially in starting with BubbLe Driving School LTD and to make sure you are financially ok with your clients, bookings, and Diary's.
- We offer 2 Franchise free weeks once you have completed 6 months service, every calendar year.
- We also offer a free 2hr Check test training session with one of our A.D.I trainers when you are approaching your standard check test.
- We ensure all first-time clients booked into your diary, has prepaid for their first driving lesson, securing your income from day one of joining and with your client's, against any no shows, though this is now extremely rare to have a no show.
- Since covid-19 we have no become a cashless driving school and now enforce a prepayment system. Meaning, your client books their next lesson with you, ad must prepay for it to secure it in your diary with 72hours making the booking. no payment, then no lesson and the slot is reallocated. This trial has proven 100% success with all our team since we rolled this out July 2020
- We market the business through several different mediums, the Website, the Cars, Advertising, through 6th forms, and High Schools, and social media.
- We provide a online realtime Managed Diary booking system, which is tailor-made to your working times and needs, and we actively book pupils into your diaries as they come through to our head office.
- We endeavor to supply you with pupils to try and attain and maintain the hours you wish to work.
- We offer CPD(Continuing Professional Development) information on courses that are relevant and beneficial to yourself and to further your knowledge and training abilities.
- We provide ongoing support and training with ourselves or offer External Providers to further your driving career.
- We have regular meetings and socials.
- We provide you with free Stationery (Appointment Cards, Terms & Conditions, Show me Tell me, record sheets, etc).
- We work actively with businesses and Schools to promote our services.
- We are linking with Local High Schools and Colleges and are becoming the Driving School of choice.
- We are using up to date marketing techniques and consistently working to improve our Media/online stance.

Russell, Debs, and time and the BubbLe family are absolutely amazing to work with. Everyone at BubbLe have made me feel like a long time family member, always supported, and always on the other side of a line ready to give any assistance needed, from diary problems to back up cars when my cars been off the road, to just having a natter and a moan.

"I've worked with Bubble Driving School for 3 years when i first joined, then i left on to other things and have rejoined them years later, but i had to leave again due to family issues, but again rejoined for a 3rd time back in may 2018.
I have more than enjoyed working with both Russ, Jennie, and tim very much. They are all very supportive and will always make the time to listen to you and help in which ever way they! Jennie and Russ work very hard to promote the company and have been very successful in doing this over the last few months, but also keeping us involved in decisions and taking on board any concerns or ideas we have.
The franchise is very reasonable and suits my needs, the car designs are good fun, which does reflect with the instructors that work with Bubble, they are a great bunch of people to work with, and it makes doing what can be a lonely job much easier! They even have their own dedicated chat group to me for issues, but also a very supportive team group for all to help guide and have a laugh too.
During the pandemic, Russell went above and beyond with me and everyone in the bubble family, They worked with us all on devising a safe COVID-19 policy that would protect myself and my family as well as the bubble clients.
Russ, Thank you again for being so understanding and I appreciate all your help. You have gone above and beyond during the lockdown. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you on and off over the last 13 years. "After having experienced a 'cowboy' driving instructor training organization, I had almost given up on becoming an ADI, but managed to put myself through the last qualification test. When I qualified I spoke to various local driving schools about franchise opportunities, but only BubbLe were interested in meeting me face to face before any agreement or signing me up. I was initially skeptical due to my previous experiences but Russ and Jenn were friendly, and understanding in our first meeting, and were reassuring without making any empty promises. I had seen the Bubble Cars out and about and all their instructors seemed friendly. The diary system they use works really well, and I can work the times and days which suited my family life. I have had a constant stream of work, and have had to advise on many occasions that I am too full and unable to take new learners on not that im complaining.
When it comes to support and back up, they are outstanding! When my car has been off the road due to unforeseen circumstances Russ and Jenn have been able to support me and keep me working. They even dropped their spare car off for me at 9pm at night so I could continue the lessons booked the next day! I now teach both Manual and Automatic, they also asked me if i would like to become a ADI trainer, and having done the courses with them, im now one of their trainer's within BubbLe and i can't be happier with the diversity i have within my job, and I look forward to working with them for many years to come."
